1. SHIPPING & HANDLING

When processing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date: Production Time: 7 – 10 business days. Each of my product is handcrafted only for you, so the production time will be a little bit longer than usual. Please be patient. – Shipping Time: The shipping cost is $6.9. It takes 7 – 10 days to successfully delivered.

2. ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a tracking link in your confirmation email to track your order to your door. Please allow 7-10 days for the carrier to scan your package. If your package tracking information is unavailable, it simply means that the carrier has not yet processed it. Once the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.

3. INCORRECT ADDRESS

If your package is returned to us, we will notify you by email. We will refund the subtotal of your order once we receive the package. Note:

  • We will only refund your order once the package has arrived back in our facility.
  • It may take your bank 2-8 business days to process the refund.
  • Please provide the correct address at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that are forwarded or redirected by the final mile carrier.

4. WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?

Please contact our Customer Support team to start the exchange process. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product. * Please do not rate any dispute or charge back before contacting our support agents as that will make things even longer.
