Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If your items are defective or damaged, or just because you think the items you received are bullshit – just tell us and we will give you 100% refund. You don’t even need to return that items to us (which will cost your money and time), just send us an email. Your happiness is very important to us!
1. REFUND TIME
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, but it may take some time for your bank to process the refund.
- Credit card: Up to 10 business days.
- Paypal: 3 to 7 business days.
Note: In case the credit has not been posted to your account yet, please contact the card-issuing bank for further assistance.
2. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 24 hours. After that time, the order is locked for processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
4. HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?
Returns may take up to 7-14 business days to process. We’ll email you when your return is complete.
For non-defective products, we’ll refund the full price, including shipping and handling. For defective products, we’ll refund the purchase price, minus shipping and handling.
